About Me

I'm an engineering manager and hands-on builder who ships production-grade, AI-native systems. With 10+ years across FinTech, HealthTech, eCommerce and SaaS, I architect data platforms, MCP servers and LLM pipelines on AWS, and I've built and scaled engineering and quality functions from zero, especially in regulated, high-growth environments.

I operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and business. I've led and mentored distributed engineering and QA teams, prepared organizations for compliance (SOC2), supported market expansions, and built internal tools and engineering-intelligence systems that improve decision-making across teams.

As a hands-on technical leader, I combine deep implementation work (AI agents, data pipelines, automation, CI/CD, DevOps) with strategic thinking, aligning quality, reliability and delivery with business goals and revenue outcomes.

I build production-grade, AI-native systems — data warehouses, MCP servers and LLM pipelines on AWS — alongside AI-driven engineering workflows: custom agents, LLM-powered code analysis, and intelligent test generation. I build scalable quality and automation systems that replace slow, manual regression cycles with fast, risk-based coverage across E2E, API, mobile and performance layers (Playwright, Cypress, Detox, k6). Head of Quality Engineering + Data Platform

Built a production-grade data warehouse on AWS Aurora, migrating analytics off Athena — owning the full event-driven serverless pipeline (Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, Terraform, CloudWatch) and backfilling years of historical data

Shipped an MCP server with secure Okta OAuth, letting internal users and Claude query company data directly in place of hand-built legacy dashboards

Built an MVP of an AI termsheet parser — end-to-end LLM pipeline (n8n), replacing manual analyst work

Established the QE function from zero — hands-on frameworks (Playwright, TypeScript, Docker), optimised CI/CD pipelines, monitoring & observability
